Tom Vidar Rygh (Chairman), independent

Mr. Rygh is currently an independent investor and chairman of several companies after leaving his position as Chief Executive Officer of Enskilda Securities AB, spring 2004. Prior to joining Enskilda Securities in late 2002, Mr. Rygh served on several boards among them as Chairman of Telenor ASA, as well as being an independent advisor/investor. Between 1991 and 2001, Mr. Rygh served as Executive Vice President for Orkla ASA, where he was responsible for all investment related activities as well as Business Development and as chairman/board member of several industrial operations. Mr. Rygh has served on the board of directors of a number of companies, including Oslo Stock Exchange ASA, Carlsberg Breweries, Storebrand ASA, Eniro AB, Dyno ASA, Industrikapital Ltd, Helly Hansen ASA, Netcom ASA, Telia Overseas AB and Findexa ASA. Mr. Rygh holds an MSc in Business Administration, Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.

Arnfinn Röste, founder

Mr. Röste was the main founder of Nordisk Mobiltelefon AB and an initiator behind the upgrade to digital 450 MHz systems since 1995. Mr Röste was founder and chairman of Tellit (Radio Design Ltd in Farnborough, UK), a company which developed the worlds first CDMA450 handsets and was acquired by Qualcomm in 1999. Mr Röste has a long experience within the telecommunications industry, having spent more than 15 years at Ericsson and 12 years as entrepreneur.
