The core Management team of Nordisk Mobiltelefon AB and its local operating companies is presented below.

Per Månsson, CEO and President Nordisk Mobiltelefon AB
Mr Månsson has long experience from the mobile and broadband industry. Prior to becoming CEO, Mr Månsson was the group’s CFO (2004 – 2006). During 2001-2002, Mr Månsson had a key role in the turnaround of the Swedish broadband operator B2 Bredband AB. Further experience includes a senior position at Accenture (ex. Andersen Consulting) in Denmark and he has spent 8 years at Ericsson managing e.g. mobile systems sales in Japan. Mr Månsson holds an MSc from the Royal Institute of Technology and an Executive MBA from Stockholm School of Economics.

Daniel Källenfors, CFO
Mr Källenfors is former vice president at Nordea Bank AB (publ.) where he was key account manager for a number of telecom companies globally. He also has strong experience in telecom project finance predominantly in emerging markets. Prior to Nordea Mr Källenfors worked as a consultant offering financing management services. He started his career at Skanska with as controller and later at Skanska’s Structured Finance department. Mr Källenfors holds a Master of Business and Economics from the University of Stockholm.

Johan Jobér, CTO
Mr Jobér has previously held a position at Ericsson, responsible for UMTS systems in Japan. In Sweden, Mr Jobér has been in charge of radio network and planning at Orange and was Orange representative in the cooperation with 3GIS. Further experience includes radio planning expert positions at Vodafone, Newbury UK and as advisor to the Danish government regarding public safety communications networks as a subcontractor to Accenture. Mr Jobér is a member of the board of the International 450 Association, and holds an MSc from Linköping Institute of Technology and Case Western Reserve University.

Johan Lodenius, Group Product Management (Terminals and end-user services)
Mr Lodenius has a long background as Senior Vice President at Qualcomm Inc. At Qualcomm, Mr Lodenius was responsible for the CDMA2000 and UMTS chipset business units. Further experience includes positions at LSI Logic and Ericsson Radio Systems. Mr Lodenius holds an BA from Lund Institute of Technology.

Magnus Johansson, Business Development
Previous engagements include consulting for Trimble Navigation Inc and advisor to AxTechnology Inc regarding investments in the Telematics sector. Mr Johansson has a background as management consultant at ARIAD focusing on business development within GSM/UMTS projects. Mr Johansson holds an MSc from the Royal Institute of Technology and studium at Stanford University.

Matthias Peter, President, Nordisk Mobiltelefon Norge AS
Mr Peter is former COO of Hello AS, a mobile service provider in Norway. Prior to Hello Mr Peter worked as CEO for the state-owned broadband operator BaneTele AS offering broadband services to telecom operators, ISP’s and enterprises. Mr Peter has held various managerial positions within the Norwegian ICT marked like CEO for Ascom Norway, country manager for Lucent Technologies as well as managing director for Sense Communications. Mr Peter holds a dipl.El.Eng. ETH from the national institute of technology, EPFL, in Lausanne, Switzerland

Rikard Slunga, President, Nordisk Mobiltelefon Sverige AB
Mr Slunga is the former Head of Radio Networks, Vodafone Global based in Dusseldorf during 2003-2006.
Prior to his role at Vodafone, he was the CTO of Orange Sverige AB. Mr Slunga has a solid background in the telecommunications industry with variuos positions such as Business Operations Manager at Telia Mobile AB and GSM Systems Marketing Manager at Ericsson.

Erik Hornung, President, Nordisk Mobiltelefon Denmark A/S
Mr. Hornung has a background as Director of Sales, Motorola responsible for Cellular systems in the Nordics and Baltics and from TDC International and DanCell with international mobile operations in several countries. Mr. Hornung holds a MSc from the Technical University in Copenhagen and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Copenhagen Business School.

Wojciech Kamieniecki, President, Nordisk Polska Sp. Z o. o.
Mr. Kamieniecki is former Vice President and General Director at Multimedia Polska S.A. (joint stock company, independent telecom operator with total number of 660 000 subscribers). Prior to Multimedia, Mr. Kamieniecki served as President for Telenet Brzesko, Telenet Południe and Telenet Mielec (telecom companies in Southern Poland). Mr. Kamieniecki holds an MSc from Silesian Institute of Technology in Gliwice, a PhD in economics and management.

Stefan Stanislawski, Acting President (at present on consultancy basis), Wirefree Communications Ltd.
Mr Stanislawski has served on the boards of various smaller operators / service providers and has managed various mobile license auctions and applications in assisting the UK Government with its 3G Auction. Mr Stanislawski is a founding partner of Ventura Team LLP and has background as Principal at Analysys Ltd.
