Company Structure

Nordisk Mobiltelefon is currently building up the line organization in the markets where commercial operations have been started, i.e. primarily in Norway and Sweden. In the other earlier stage markets there are lean project based organizations, preparing the network roll-out and coming commercial launch. 

The Figure below summarizes the organizational structure with headquarters in Sweden and local operating entities in the markets where the company holds licenses. Nordisk Mobiltelefon operates as a highly integrated company where cross-border synergies are optimized while maintaining a clear P&L responsibility on market area level.
